There’s probably two parts to this. I’ll look at the case management side of things. However, I’m more than aware of the growing need to use algorithms and GIS information to understand who might get into arrears and when. Although I understand the need and process I’m not technical enough to provide solutions…although there are many and these can hook into dynamics. But there is a huge amount you can do just using the case management functionality. This includes:

  • Holding templates
  • Using a process built into the system for consistency
  • Dashboards that show live information
